Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Creator City at mycreatorcity.com. Creator City is operated by Re-Peet Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Creator City does
Creator City turns audience counts from accounts you choose to connect into a visual city. It may also show posting activity, content ideas, and links to third-party news. The service is currently in beta, and available features and supported providers may change. A provider shown on our website is not necessarily available for every account or approved for public connection yet.
2. Your account
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law and use the service only for accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Creator City is not intended for children under 13. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at support@mycreatorcity.com if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.
3. Connected platforms
Connecting a platform is optional. When you choose to connect one, its own authorization screen or API-key process controls what access you grant. You must have the right to connect that account and must follow the platform’s rules. We use the connection to identify the account and read the audience information needed for your city. The exact data and permissions for each connection are described in our Privacy Policy and on the connection screen. Creator City does not publish posts, send messages, or send marketing email through a connected account.
You can disconnect a platform in Connections. That removes its saved connection and audience count from your city and, where a provider supports it, requests token revocation. You may also revoke access in the provider’s own settings. Disconnecting does not delete your account with that provider. Providers control their own services, permissions, data, and availability. Creator City is independent of, and is not endorsed by, those providers.
4. Audience counts and other information
Audience counts come from third parties. They may be delayed, rounded, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A city’s total adds counts across connected sources; it is not a count of unique people. The visual city, news links, and content ideas are informational tools, not a promise of reach, follower growth, revenue, or a particular business result. Check important numbers with the original platform before relying on them for a business decision.
5. Your information and our materials
You keep your rights in the names, preferences, and other information you provide. You allow us to host and process that information only as needed to operate and secure the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your connected accounts or their underlying audience data.
The Creator City software, artwork, design, names, and branding belong to us or our licensors. While your account is active, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. This right does not permit you to copy, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly allows it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not connect an account without permission, misrepresent your identity or audience, interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, scrape it at scale, introduce malicious code, or use it in a way that violates law or another platform’s terms. We may restrict access while investigating misuse or protecting users and the service.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove beta features, including a provider connection, when needed for security, maintenance, provider requirements, or product development. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular refresh schedule. We do not currently charge for the beta; any future paid plan would require separate, clear pricing and your agreement before a charge.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using Creator City at any time. To delete your account and city, sign in, open Settings, and choose “Delete my account and city.” See our data deletion page for details. We may suspend or close an account for a material violation of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us. Provisions that by their nature should continue after an account ends, including ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute terms, will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Creator City is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not control third-party platforms or the accuracy of information they provide. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, including liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms do not prevent you from pursuing any remedy available under applicable consumer law.
11. Disputes
If a problem arises, please contact us first at support@mycreatorcity.com so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, either party may use the courts or other remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive your right to join a class action.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms and effective date here. For a material change, we will provide additional notice in the service or by email when we can. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
13. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy describe the agreement about your use of Creator City. If a provision of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your account to someone else without our consent. We may transfer these terms if the service changes hands, subject to applicable law and the commitments in our Privacy Policy.
